However, the senator does seem to gloss over the fact that &#8220;his portfolio&#8221; has far reaching implications for the information and COMMUNICATIONS technology (ICT) industry &#8211; an industry that contributes a massive amount to the GDP of this country.<\/p>\n<p>But okay, in the interests of discussion &#8211; he&#8217;s &#8220;not&#8221; the IT minister.<\/p>\n<p>Since when was he made the minister for moral standards?
