The anniversary is only a matter of a little over a month away.<\/p>\n<p>Trawling through another section of my old video collection over the weekend, I found this interesting snippet of Brock being interviewed by Channel Seven&#8217;s Pat Welsh at the 1997 AMP Bathurst Super Touring 1000, just a couple of weeks before his retirement from full time racing after the V8 Supercar 1000.<\/p>\n<p><center>\n<table border=\"1\" width=\"450\" cellpadding=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\">\n  <tr>\n    <td align=\"center\" width=\"450\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"450\" height=\"290\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/koKq6Le9BvI\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/td>\n  <\/tr>\n<\/table>\n<\/center>\n<\/p>\n<p>This is significant because it highlights just about the only time Brock ever rolled a racing car &#8211; a Triple Eight Race Engineering Vauxhall Vectra he shared that weekend with former Formula One pilot, <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Derek_Warwick\">Derek Warwick<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>We still miss you Brocky.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It is really hard to imagine that it has been almost five years since we lost Peter Brock.
