{"id":6142,"date":"2012-08-10T11:17:19","date_gmt":"2012-08-10T01:17:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/michaelwyres.com\/?p=6142"},"modified":"2012-08-10T11:17:19","modified_gmt":"2012-08-10T01:17:19","slug":"so-hockey-loves-the-nbn-then","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/michaelwyres.com.au\/mwdc\/2012\/08\/so-hockey-loves-the-nbn-then\/","title":{"rendered":"So Hockey Loves The NBN Then?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Despite his constant disapproval for the <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.nbnco.com.au\/\">National Broadband Network<\/a>, Shadow Treasurer Joe Hockey, when discussing the so-called <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.theaustralian.com.au\/national-affairs\/julia-gillards-power-blame-game-a-furphy-tony-abbott\/story-fn59niix-1226446593729\">&#8221;gold plating&#8221; of electricity infrastructure<\/a>, was <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/latikambourke\/status\/233723197621694465\">heard today to say<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;Never heard before the argument that too much infrastructure in essential infrastructure is a bad thing.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Dooesn&#8217;t <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.joehockey.com\/media\/transcripts\/details.aspx?s=203\">Joe tell us that the government shouldn&#8217;t be building the NBN<\/a>?<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;Well, what it illustrates is that they are just reckless with money.
